The bed was super comfy, allowing for a great night's sleep. I loved the mounted TV with a swivel feature, making it easy to watch from different spots in the room. The outdoor fire pit area was a relaxing place to unwind at night. The spacious view of the courtyard made the room feel welcoming.

The bathroom faucet had a slight drip that could use attention.

It was just an ideal choice for a quick trip in Winston-Salem with good value considering price it charged. The heated pool was a nice spot to relax, though it wasn't as warm as expected. Check for the pool temperatures before diving in.

Comfortable Stay but Room Issues

Our family spent three nights in a suite with a city view, but unfortunately, we didn't get the view we had requested. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. However, we faced some trouble when the staff couldn't provide an itemized checkout receipt directly.

We had an awesome stay with our group of friends! We explored the local art district and hit up a cool brewery nearby. The rooms were super comfortable, making it a perfect spot to crash after our adventures. Definitely check out the outdoor pool and the fitness center if you can!

Loved the handmade pasta at Mellow Mushroom! The downtown vibe was buzzing with eateries like Yamas Mediterranean just a hop away. Overall, the staff tried their best despite being swamped.

It’s pretty disappointing when you think you’re getting a whole package deal but end up feeling nickeled and dimed.
